പോകുന്നത് അല്ലെ?
വളരെയേറെ ആശങ്കകളും ഭീതിയും നിറഞ്ഞ കാലഘട്ടത്തിലൂടെയാണ് നമ്മളെല്ലാംകടന്നുപോയത്. പുതിയ പ്രേത്യാശകൾ നിറഞ്ഞ കോവിടാനന്തര കാലത്തിലേക്കാണ് നാം പ്രേവേശിക്കുന്നതു. ആദ്യം തെന്നെഎല്ലാ ഡമാസ്‌ മെമ്പേഴ്സിനും എന്റെ ആശംസകൾ നേരുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടുവർഷത്തെ സേവനത്തിനു ശേഷം ഞാൻ പടിയിറങ്ങുകയാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു വർഷമായി നിങ്ങൾ തന്ന എല്ലാ സപ്പോർട്ടുകൾക്കുംഎന്റെയും എന്റെ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ പേരിലും ഞാൻ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞനന്ദി രേഖപെടുത്തുന്നു.
ഈ COVID കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽഒരു അസോസിയേഷനെ എങ്ങനെ എൻഗേജ് ചെയ്യിക്കണം എന്നത് വളരെ ഏറെ ചലഞ്ചിങ്ആയിരുന്നു. എങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങൾ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ കഴിവിന്റെ പരമാവധി കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ഇവെന്റ്സ് നടപ്പാക്കാൻ ശ്രെമിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. We were more focused on Kids and Family activities, we did a lot of online competitions, virtual events to engage our community. We also focused on more Community Services like food drive, community Clean up. Terry fox run for Cancer fund raising. ഇതെല്ലാം സാധിച്ചത് നിങ്ങളുടെയൊക്കെസപ്പോർട്ട് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമാണ്. ഇത് നീങ്ങൾ ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയുംവിജയമാണ്. നിങ്ങളെ ഓരോരുത്തരെയും ഞങ്ങൾ ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ ഹൃദയപൂർവം ഓർക്കുന്നു.
We also did Mental Health Support to our community, with the support of Ontario Heros, they helped us in many difficult cases, we really thank you to Praveen from Ontario Heros for his sincere support to Dumas Members.

2021-22 Dumas Committee was a very talented and supporting Team. Without their support we could not achieve anything.

I would also like to express our sincere thanks to all our community members, your sincere feed back, suggestions and constructive criticism made us to cater varieties of services to the community.
As you are aware, nobody is perfect in the world, we have made a lot of mistakes, some of our programs might not be interested to everyone, the only way we can improve is from your feedback.
I would encourage our members to provide frequent feedback to the team. There are so many ways to send your feed back, send email committee@dumascanada.com, or the best way is to call our committee members directly.
I would also suggest avoiding any destructive and personal comments, our only purpose is to make DUMAS is a better place for our community.
The New Committee Members are strong and very talented, they can come up with best services to the Community. I wish all the very best to the new Team and assure my support all the time.
